David M. Free, is the founder of Free and Associates LLC. He was born in Los Angeles CA, and is a graduate of California State Polytechnic Pomona University with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration.  David also completed his master's degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Public Administrative Science.

He is married and has two children living in New Jersey.
